8109 forms are no longer accepted: Starting Jan. 1, 2011, paper coupons will no longer be accepted by the IRS or by banks. You must make your deposits through EFTPS (either online or by telephone). Payments can be made 24/7 and can be scheduled in advance.

TBO Payroll Service has been paying all payroll taxes online through EFTPS for over 8 years. It is easy quick and efficient. If you are our client already, this new law will not affect you in any way.

2011 Tax Law passed: the employee’s portion of SS is now only 4.2%, down from 6.2%, employers continue to pay the 6.2%.

TBO Payroll Service received an update from our software program that automatically handled this new law in the first week of January.
